SINGLE CADILLAXIS FIXTURE
The Single Cadillaxis 4th axis fixture enables you to have an additional “C” axis that rotates 360 degrees in 1 degree increments.
The additional rotational axis can be moved by loosening 2 bolts, rotating to the desired angle using the pointer, and then tightening it back down by the 2 bolts to hold the fixture rigid and solid.
This fixture fits most 4th axis indexing systems.
Included is a blank adaptor base to mount any type of fixture or mill features needed to hold custom geometry parts.

5TH AXIS VISE WITH ADAPTOR
The 5th Axis Vise was created for customers needing a smaller, compact 5-axis vise. Jaws are reversible to allow you to hold larger parts. The “Master Jaws” on the V75100 self centering vise feature are manufactured from hardened 4100 series steel. RAPTOR DOVETAIL FIXTURE WITH ADAPTOR
The Raptor Dovetail Fixture is made to hold your part on 4 and 5 axis machines. The fixture provides rigid clamping, while exposing five faces of the workpiece--

The unique Raptor Dovetail spring-loaded clamps require only 1/8" of material to hold the workpiece. That means less waste, easier prep and no distortion. You prepare all your parts with a single dovetail and utilize the same fixture for every part. Easy, strong and efficient.
